COVID-19 STATEMENT

March 21, 2020

To our festival family and friends,

With the opening day of the 2020 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival about four and a half months away, our team continues with caution, care and optimism in planning the 2020 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival, July 24 – 26.

The health and safety of festival attendees, volunteers and artists is our top priority, and we are monitoring the situation closely. We will continue to follow the guidance of health authorities and public officials, and to make well-considered and fact-based decisions..

The evolving situation has reaffirmed how deeply important connection, celebration, music and art is to all of us. This is what the Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival does best - it nurtures friendships, cultivates connections, and celebrates the best of our

community.

These are hard times for people that work in arts and culture, and local businesses in small communities like ours. Many events, tours, and public gatherings are being impacted and we encourage you to find other ways to support these artists and businesses. Buying merchandise, paying for music, or buying gift cards are just a few ways we can support each other.

We will continue to provide updates to our newsletter subscribers and through our social media channels.

We will get through this together.
