Administrative Coordinator
Are you highly organized, a great communicator, and passionate about supporting live music and arts? The Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the festival. In this role, you'll manage key responsibilities such as administrative support, data and record management, event coordination, financial administration, and communications. You'll work closely with a dynamic team of staff and volunteers, contributing to a collaborative and vibrant festival environment.

Event Coordinator
The Event Coordinator will play a key role in the planning and executing of the 2025 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival, contributing to an unforgettable community celebration of music and art. This position offers valuable experience in event operations, stakeholder relations, and customer service. Working with a dynamic team of staff and volunteers, the role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Operations Coordinator
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and executing the 2025 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, coordination, and customer relations while working with a dynamic team of staff and volunteers. Key responsibilities include managing permits and applications, coordinating stage set-up, sourcing service quotes, developing signage plans, and overseeing move-in/move-out schedules. You will also troubleshoot infrastructure issues during the festival and coordinate volunteer roles.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, and coordinating the Volunteer Program for the annual festival. This role includes recruiting, scheduling, and overseeing volunteers while working closely with a dynamic team of festival staff. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the organizing committee, using a variety of tools and means to recruit volunteers, creating volunteer schedules, leading orientations, and ensuring volunteers are recognized for their contributions. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support and assist with event-related activities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this role.
